An uneventful 4.

Nothing spectacular today.  Just my regular Saturday 9:00 pace run.  Started slow, finished fast.  Didn't even get a good picture today.  Nothing really to take a picture of when it's dark at the beginning and end of the run. 

Had a nice negative split so I was happy about that because I had a slow start.

The only complaint I had today is that my shoes have had it.  When I run, it feels like I am pounding the pavement ... literally.  So, I'll have to go get some new ones very soon I suppose.

Tomorrow's run is a slow and easy 12.
