I'm definitely not talking about myself when I said "the flash!" I ran sooo slow this morning! My legs just wouldn't go. But that's ok. It was just a short 4 mile 85% effort run. Supposed to be my warm-up and cool-down for hills but those aren't gonna happen until tomorrow. Splits today were 9:39, 9:04, 8:57, 8:45 (9:06 average). My right thigh is still recovering so I didn't push it at all today.
Now about the flash. I got a new phone and the camera has a flash in it!!! So now I can finally take pictures in the dark. Here's one from this morning. Ugh ... could my face be any sweatier? Maybe I liked the camera with no flash better! :P
Tomorrow's run is a 5 mile 9:00 pace run. Then in the afternoon I'm going to do 8 hills.
