This was a good running week. Love that I am logging more miles per week. I actually feel like I am marathon training now instead of getting ready for 5 or 10k! This week's mileage total was 37 miles. It's the same total as last week but the Sunday run was 2 miles longer. I lost 2 miles on my Wednesday run because I started hill training so the distance wasn't as long. Here's the chart of this week's runs.
The only disappointment I had this week was that I wasn't prepared for the hills and ended up running stairs instead. Although that was a great workout, it's not the same as running hills. I will be better prepared this Wednesday!
And I got nowhere on my P90X goal so I will keep that goal for this week. Gonna P90X 4 times this week. I need to write it down on my calendar so it actually gets done!
Tomorrow is my short, fast run! It's at 8:45 pace which is almost race pace. But this week instead of just 4 miles, it's 6. I'm a little scared!!! But I know I can do it. :)
