What a great run!!! I was a little nervous because Tuesdays are my fast day and this week they moved up to 6 miles from my usual 4. The run is supposed to be an 8:45 pace which is 10 seconds slower than race pace. But today I just felt good and I went for it. Didn't look at my watch much and just ran. That last mile I knew I was under 8 but didn't check my time til I was done. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with today's run! Look at these stats.
I'm in love!
I bought some Nike compression shorts yesterday and I don't know how I've ever run without them! No chance at all of chaffing and they just feel good!!! Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend them for all of my running friends!

Tomorrow is my hill day. 2 mile warm-up, 5 hills, 2 mile cool-down, 85% effort. Not gonna make last week's mistake so today I'm gonna go figure out where there's a good hill or two cause I don't wanna end up running stairs again.
