A Million Stairs!

Well I said this morning that I felt guilty for not doing the 4 hills I was supposed to do.  So tonight while my son was having swim practice, I ran the stairs for 15 minutes.  I figure that musta been about a mile up and down those stairs.  It was hard!  And I got tired of counting to 32 (the number of stairs).  And I thought running outside made me sweaty ... try running up and down stairs at a warm and humid natatorium!  I looked pretty bad because I don't wear makeup when I run and all that sweat was making my mascara run.  LOL!  But it was actually kinda fun.  Hope I'm not too sore tomorrow morning for my 5 mile pace run though.


Next week I'll plan the hill training better.  But for now I feel good about the stairs.  :D
