What a beautiful full moon this morning.  The sky was clear and it was postcard perfect.  I ran a 4 mile 8:45 pace run this morning and got to look at this beautiful moon for 3.5 of it and then the sun came up and I saw this perfect sunrise.  :)

And it was a really good run.  I was worried after yesterday because my legs hurt so bad but I felt great today!  Split times were 8:37, 8:37, 8:35, 8:25.  And here you have a very happy runner.  It just feels so awesome to have a good run!  :D

Tomorrow is a 6 mile 85% effort tempo run.  Gonna have to get up a little earlier in order to get finished and get the kids ready for school and me ready for work.
