This was a pretty rough week. My Sunday 18 mile run was awesome last week but I must have pushed a little too hard because my right thigh was giving me fits all week and I even missed my Thursday run and hills because of it. The first training I have missed so far. But better to take a day off and heal than hurt myself and not be able to run for a week or more! Especially this close to the race.
Total mileage for the week was 36 miles. It would have been 6 more miles if I hadn't missed my 4 miler and hills on Thursday. Here are the stats.
Tomorrow is a fast 4 miles.
