Today was definitely a better run than the last 2 days but still not great. I was able to keep the 9:00 pace (split times were 8:58, 8:54, 8:55, 8:44). But it was a struggle the whole run. And my lower left leg kept wanting to give out on me. I almost crashed and burned a couple of times. :P So I'm not going to run hills this afternoon. And I'll take tomorrow's run slow again if I need to so that I'm ready for Sunday's 20 mile run.
Tomorrow is a 6 mile fartlek run.
