Short and sweet!

Had a 4 mile run this morning.  Was supposed to be a 9:00 pace run but I was feeling good so I just ran and didn't look at my watch much.  Split times were 8:44, 8:36, 8:31, 8:10 (8:31 average).  Nice!  Guess the hill running hasn't hit me yet.  :P

Felt like stretching after my run which I don't do as often as I should.  (Like almost never!)


And now I can proceed with my day.  And it's gonna be a great one!!!  Feel like I should break into some affirmations here!  I'm good enough, and fast enough, and dog gonnit ... I'm gonna run that race in less than 3:50:59!  :)


 Fartlek Friday tomorrow ... 6 miles.
