Week 4 Summary

Mondays are my rest day so I guess I will just post a recap of the previous week on Mondays so I can see how I did that week.


I was right on target all week.  Didn't miss any runs and felt pretty good all week.  Wow ... that's a lotta early mornings!  It was weird when my alarm clock didn't go off at 5 o'clock this morning.  I was already awake but didn't have to get up and out the door.  :)

Week 4 total miles:  35.34

My goal for next week is to eat a little better.  I did ok last week but had a couple of major foul-ups.  Those brats and chips probably were not classified as healthy but they sure were good!!!!

Tomorrow is a 4 mile 8:45 pace tempo run.  See ya then!
