Week 6 Summary

37 miles this week.  Up by 2 from last week.  I feel good that the mileage is going up and it will again this coming week.  And I need the longer runs.  Week 6 was a pretty good week.  But lots of rain!  I'm happy that I didn't weenie out and miss any runs because of it though.  And the weekend was a challenge to fit in my runs because of training I had to do for work.  Here are my weekly totals.  All but 1 run felt pretty good.


The last 2 weeks my goal has been to eat better.  Well, I haven't been overly successful at that so I'm going a different direction this week.  I'm gonna add back in some regular P90X workouts.  I've been doing them sporadically but I'm going to commit to at least 4 this week.  I should be doing 6 but we're gonna start at baby steps.

Tomorrow is a 4 mile 8:45 pace tempo run.  That's a killer!!!  But I'm ready for it!!!
